Duodeal is a SaaS software developed by Duodeal SAS, allowing professionals to create, manage, and share commercial proposals and quotes. The service is accessible via the website [www.duodeal.com] (hereafter the "Website").

TERMS OF SERVICE

Purpose

These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions under which users (the "User") may access and use the Duodeal service.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the service, the User agrees to these Terms of Service without reservation. If the User does not agree, they should not access the service.

Access to the Service

The service is accessible to professionals (natural or legal persons) who have a valid user account. Authentication can be done through a traditional login or via Google OAuth.

Account Creation

Registration requires the User to provide certain business-related information (first name, last name, email, company name, etc.). The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Not use Duodeal for illegal purposes or in ways not intended by the service
  • Not interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the service

Pricing

Duodeal operates on a subscription-based pricing model. The pricing, payment terms (via Stripe), and cancellation policies are described on the Website.

Intellectual Property

Duodeal and all its components (logos, software, content, etc.) are the exclusive property of Duodeal SAS. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or use is prohibited.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." Duodeal shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to errors, service unavailability, or data loss.

Suspension / Termination

Duodeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account in case of violation of these Terms of Service or suspicious activity.
